If you’ve spent years thinking your way through life, it’s normal to feel both self-aware and disconnected. You understand why you feel what you feel — but your body might still be holding the rest.

This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what’s true beneath the noise. Here, you’ll be held with presence, permission, and care — no pressure, no forcing.

This work is for you if you’re ready to move beyond understanding into embodied integration.

The Somatic Integration Membership

An ongoing container for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional grounding.
This membership provides steady support as you learn to listen to your body’s cues and respond with compassion.

What’s Included:

  • Two private 60-minute 1:1 somatic coaching sessions each month (held online)

  • Optional access to community breathwork and group practices (as available)

  • A growing library of guided practices, reflections, and integration tools

  • Month-to-month continuation after your initial 3-month commitment

Investment: $400/month (3-month minimum)
