This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what’s true beneath the noise. Here, you’ll be held with presence, permission, and care — no pressure, no forcing.

The Somatic Integration Membership
An ongoing container for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional grounding.
This membership provides steady support as you learn to listen to your body’s cues and respond with compassion.
What’s Included:
Two private 60-minute 1:1 somatic coaching sessions each month (held online)
Optional access to community breathwork and group practices (as available)
A growing library of guided practices, reflections, and integration tools
Month-to-month continuation after your initial 3-month commitment
Investment: $400/month (3-month minimum)
