-
Somatic work is a body-based approach to self-awareness and emotional regulation. It explores how feelings and stress are held in the body, and helps you reconnect with your inner landscape through curiosity, breath, and sensation.
Over time, this practice helps you build a deeper sense of trust and safety within yourself.
-
Somatic coaching is not therapy and doesn’t replace it. Therapy often explores why something happened; somatic work explores how it feels in the body now.
We focus on presence, consent, and nervous system awareness — supporting your healing process in a grounded, experiential way.
