Thank you so much for your interest in supporting me with the practicum portion of my Somatic Coaching program. I’m honored and excited to guide you through a somatic session.
GETTING SET UP
Somatic Coaching is a body-based approach to healing that weaves together body awareness, breathwork, movement, guided meditation, and grounding practices. While mindset work can be supportive, lasting transformation often takes root when we include the body in the process. This work gently invites you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom—at your own pace, with respect and care.
To begin, please use this calendar link to find a time that works best for you.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION
You’re invited to come to the session with an intention—something you’d like to explore, feel into, or receive support around. For example, you might set an intention to:
Gain clarity about a certain behavior or reaction
Feel more at home or at peace in your body
Connect with your emotions in a safe, supported way
Begin releasing an old pattern or survival response
Ground yourself during a stressful or transitional time
You're welcome to use headphones if that helps you feel more immersed, and you may wish to have a journal and pen nearby to capture any reflections after the session. Most importantly, please set up your space in a way that feels comfortable, safe, and nurturing—this might include a cozy blanket, a favorite candle, or simply a quiet room where you won’t be interrupted.
At the start of our session, we’ll explore your intention together. This process is collaborative, and I deeply trust the wisdom and pace of your body. We’ll leave a few minutes at the end to ground and gently integrate any insights or shifts that arise.

After booking, you will automatically receive a Zoom link for your session.
