Thank you so much for your interest in supporting me with the practicum portion of my Somatic Coaching program. I’m so excited to guide you through a somatic session.

GETTING SET UP

To begin, please note that Somatic Coaching is a body-based approach to healing. It's a bottom-up approach rather than a mindset approach. Although mindset work can be effective for some, we can see lasting healing and results when working directly with the body. Please book our session by visiting this calendar link and finding a time that works best for you.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

Please come to the session with an intention. You are welcome to use headphones if that feels supportive to your practice. You can also bring a journal and a pen to jot down any ah-has at the end of the session. The invitation is really to set up your space so you can be comfortable and feel safe.

At the beginning of the session, we will discuss your intention. My approach is collaborative, and I trust and honor the pace of your body and experience that will feel right for you at the time of our session. We will leave a few minutes at the end of the session to ground and integrate any breakthroughs.

ACCESSING THE SESSION

You will automatically receive a Zoom link to the session once you have booked.
