Hello and welcome! As part of my somatic coaching certification, I’m offering free 1:1 sessions now through October 15th. These sessions provide a quiet space for you to slow down, sort through emotions, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded way.
Whether you're curious about somatic work or just want a calm place to reflect, this is a chance to explore personalized support—at no cost and with no pressure.
Choose Your Path
Single Session (60 minutes)
Perfect if you’re curious, trying this for the first time, or anyone wanting a one-time experience. We’ll create space to check in with how you’re feeling and explore what might be helpful.
Three-Session Series (3 × 60 minutes)
If you’d like more time to explore, this option allows us to build trust over three sessions. You’re welcome to book multiple series as needed. Together, we’ll look at how you respond to stress and practice supportive techniques.
What to Expect
Somatic sessions offer a body-based approach to healing. Together, we’ll explore practices like body awareness, breathwork, movement, guided meditation, and grounding techniques to support you in reconnecting with yourself.

Sessions are held over Zoom. Before booking, you’ll be asked to fill out a brief intake form to help shape our time together.
Please plan to join from a private, comfortable space where you feel safe to move, sit, or lie down.

Wear clothes you can comfortably move in.
You might want to have a notebook nearby for any reflections that come up after the session.
Before we begin, you’re welcome to take a moment to settle—grab a glass of water, take a few deep breaths, or wrap yourself in a cozy blanket.
You're invited (but not required) to arrive with an intention—something you’d like to explore or receive support around. For example:
Understanding a particular behavior or reaction
Feeling more grounded and at home in your body
Connecting with your emotions in a supported way
Beginning to shift an old pattern or survival response
Navigating a stressful or transitional time
Or just bring yourself. That’s more than enough.

After our session, you’ll receive an email that includes:
A short feedback form to reflect on your experience
A gentle check-in
An invitation to reach out if you have any questions or need further support
You’re encouraged to take time afterward to rest, move, journal, or integrate in whatever way feels most natural to you.

No, this is not therapy and does not replace clinical treatment. As a somatic facilitator in training, I hold space for emotional exploration through tools like breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and guided reflection—but I do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
