From Insight to Embodiment
You’ve done the inner work — now it’s time to help your body feel it. Through somatic integration, we’ll create safety, regulation, and connection that lasts.
You understand your patterns.
You’ve built awareness, set boundaries, and learned how to talk about what you feel.
But even with all that growth, your body still tells a different story — tightening when emotions rise, shutting down when you need connection, or staying on high alert even when life is calm.
You’ve outgrown survival.
Now you’re ready for embodiment.
That’s where this work begins.
Introducing The Practice
A 3-Month Somatic Integration Experience for Those Who’ve Done the Inner Work and Are Ready to Live It
The Practice is a 3-month somatic integration container designed for those who are ready to move beyond understanding their healing — and into living it.
Imagine falling asleep calm instead of anxious.
Handling conflict with softness instead of slipping into old protective patterns.
Feeling grounded after hard days — not because you “managed” your emotions, but because your nervous system finally knows how to regulate itself.
This is what embodiment feels like — calm that comes from within, not from control.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about deepening what you already know and helping your body feel safe enough to follow.
Inside The Practice, You’ll Experience:
2 One-on-One Sessions Per Month
A personalized somatic experience where you’re honored, held, and guided through emotional integration and nervous system regulation.
Spacious Integration Time Between Sessions
Giving you agency to process at your own pace and embody what emerges.
A Trauma-Informed Container
Grounded in gentleness, curiosity, and respect for your unique pace of healing.
This is where insight becomes embodiment
where safety becomes felt, not just understood.
After your initial 3-month container, you’ll have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis if you’d like to keep deepening your practice.
Founding Rate: $450/month (3-month commitment)
