Somatic work is about returning to the body—tuning in to its sensations, rhythms, and signals. Through gentle, mindful techniques, we help the nervous system regulate, release stored tension, and foster a sense of safety and resilience. This isn’t about fixing; it’s about listening, honoring, and restoring balance.
